We currently build staffplans in order to determine fees for an entire project based on the allocated hours and billable rates. We do this without knowing the exact team member that will be working on this project. Ideally, we'd be able to add generic resources to Teams in Planner and then add dates based on when the resource will be needed. This will also translate into Financial Manager so that we can see the projected revenue/budget of the estimated project and we can also see what the budget will be per resource based on the plan in Tempo Planner.
