The cascading behavior of the dynamic dropdown options should be consistent in both the open (new) and edit worklog screens.

The dynamic dropdowns work correctly when creating a new worklog. If you change the value of the first dropdown, the values in the dependent dropdowns reset to "Please select" as expected. However, when editing an existing worklog, if you change the value of the first dropdown, the values in the dependent dropdowns do not reset. The previous values remain selected, which causes inconsistent behavior between Create and Edit modes.
