Reason / business case
In Timesheets/My Work, users configure their actual working hours, and time entries sit naturally in that band.
In Capacity Planner, all synced plans start at 00:00, above/before the visible working‑hours band and separate from other activities (meetings, manual plans).
This causes:
Poor readability: it’s harder to see “a day in the life” of a person when sync plans sit at midnight and everything else sits in working hours.
Higher cognitive load and risk of mistakes when judging whether a person is still free on a given day
If synced plans were placed within working hours (or at least in the same visual zone as other activities):
Users would get a coherent visual story of the day/week across CP and TS.
It would be easier to spot conflicts and over‑allocations and to trust the Planner view.
Adoption of Capacity Planner would increase because it feels aligned with how people actually work and view their time.
