All API authentication methods currently offered by Tempo require human intervention. As more and more companies move to automating repetitive tasks, an alternative method like OAuth 2.0 2LO would be highly appreciated.
This may not seem like a big deal to those at Tempo, but as the lead automation engineer at my company, I must write documentation and train multiple people to manually approve a new connection and implement the OAuth 2.0 3LO authorization code in case our refresh token is ever invalidated. An OAuth 2.0 2LO (client credentials) authentication method would be a valuable upgrade to the Tempo API system.
