Allow Work Attributes to be utilized in JIRA Automation

We have some users that are not required to enter timesheets but want to track time. Would like to be able to set a default via automation based on their JIRA Space / Project when submitting time. This will make time entry much easier for these users.

Also the ability to default the Work Attribute based on Internal work item (ex PTO).
