As a resource manager, I want to be able to see a the capacity allocated for my team for upto a 12 month view. Currently you can only select the view by weeks and days, and the date range only lets you see a 4 week view. We want to be able to see the capacity for each team member on the "Planning" tab for upto 12 months. This will enable our resource managers to have a quick visual on where their team is overloaded, and where capacity is freeing up. This is very important to us as we typically think of capacity planning on longer increments than 1 month.
