The hours in the monthly reports for an individual person in this example show 6hrs worked, but when I download a full project report with the hours of all our vendors in Excel, it rounds up to 5.971. I tried different methods of rounding up in the Excel file, but it always gives a different number than the one in the vendor's timesheet. It happens quite often with the vendors, and it's never a huge difference, but we need to correct our reports manually. Is it possible to add the hours in the general report the same way they add up in the individual ones?
