In compliance with the new tax reform guidelines, we need to update the calculation logic for tracking third-party contractor hours.
Requirement:
Update the timesheet cutoff/closing period across the calculation logic.
Current period: [Inserir período atual, ex.: 1st to 30th/31st of each month]
New period: From the 21st to the 20th of each month (e.g., 21st of previous month to 20th of current month).
Acceptance Criteria:
[ ] Hours worked by third-party contractors are aggregated from the 21st through the 20th.
[ ] Reports and closing routines reflect the updated cutoff window.
