Missing issue summary in person's worklog screen

As a SCRUM Master, I want to see issue key and summary in the view worklog screen, independently that I have or haven’t manage worklog permission.

If I don't have any kind of manage worklog permission (project or team level), I can't see the issue summary, I see only the key.

See the attached image. In ENA-2 issue, I don't have manage worklog permission, in SOA-238 I have.
