direct URL to issue timetracking popup

It would be great to be able to have a URL that goes directly (or directly opens) the timetracker dialog for an issue, such as https://company.atlassian.net/browse/XX-01?displaytracker=true instead of having to click the log time button every time.

    It's a shame that it's not available already. It was the very first thing I found missing. Please update asap.
