With the adjustments to Tempo Planning in recent releases, one key thing we're at risk of losing is useful hourly-based insight into Team Capacity. The Legacy Team Capacity report, while far less flexible than the new Capacity report, DID at least represent capacity in specific hourly amounts.
The new Capacity report (so far) only allows us to see Capacity in terms of the calculated FTE unit, which feels difficult to understand for our team. It's also painful to calculate up the specific hourly implications of this - which we need because we specifically sell time accounts to our clients. I need to know specifically how many available hours I have on a particular set of project roles to know if I have the space to make a time account commitment. With the new Capacity report, we have to do a bunch of calculations off the strange FTE unit to try and gain this understanding - which is very unhelpful.
It would really, really help if there were an option to set the Capacity report to display in terms of hours instead of FTE units, as this is much better suited to our purpose.
