When a user is planned (waiting for approval) the summary should indicate pending planning

If I plan a user on a project for 32 hours (4 days) and the planning is pending. The information is shown as green ticks ( see attachment ).

Would be better to indicate the pending status on the user level, like yellow ticks or same look as the detail row. ( see attachment)

Now it seems the users is planned for those 4 days, but thats not true yet..
