Some teams work directly from Tempo, other teams work from within Outlook. Now the Outlook calender is synced to Tempo, but tasks planned are not visible in Outlook calender. To comply with all teams and their way of working, the two-way sync is needed.

Syncing planned work back to Outlook Calendar would make a big difference to our adoption of Tempo planner.
For our company, we see it as well as an important functionality that planned items appear in O365-Calendar(s) as well.
This feature is very important for us regarding the adoption of Tempo as a planningtool.
