Allow for 2 levels of approval for vacation requests

  1. Team member enters a work log

  2. The reviewer (Team Lead) submits the future vacation log for approval on the users behalf. (as I understand users are not able to submit future time sheets)

  3. Then it goes to another level of approval (HR)

  4. Once approved by HR the user and team lead are notified
