Implement Real tracking of remaining budget based on revenue

calculation displayed in Cost Tracker for Budget remaining is based on Budget - cost. which is fine unless you select the revenue tracking option.. which takes billable rate into effect.. this should use Total Budget - revenue to show the remaining budget.. (Not minus cost) unless you add an I.ternal budget based on costs and external budget based on revenue.... WHICH would be AWESOME btw.
