Automatically submit timesheet when all hours are logged

Often our people log their hours but forget the submit button. It would be helpful to guide them towards submission using an on-screen notification once their logged hours has reached 100% of their contractual hours.

    But please consider team members with extra hours: it must also be possible for them to log these hours (e.g. 106%). Maybe the automatism may respect a special date till alos these hours must have been logged.
