The simplest version of this that would be fine for me is to not fill in anything when the user enters nothing rather than actively adding something when the user leaves it blank. The current text that gets added does not add information and distracts from useful descriptions users add to some items.

For us, it would be better, if we could also insert other issue variables like the issue's subject.
