General option to hide closed/resolved issues

As seen in https://ideas.tempo.io/ideas/T-I-228 I believe it would be beneficial to have an option in the settings making it possible to hide closed/resolved issues in the log time search for Jira Cloud.

Jira support has created this ticket, on improving search api. I believe it is connected to this tempo issue.
