Set a hours limit per account in Tempo

We need to limit a number of hours to log into accounts.

To have the control that will not exceed the time limit determined by the client.

This is very important for us partners.

    We would like to request an enhancement to the vacation tracking functionality in the timesheet system.

    Requirements:

    1. There should be a defined time cap (maximum limit) for vacation hours allocated to each employee.

    2. Whenever an employee applies or logs vacation hours, those hours should be automatically deducted from their total allocated vacation balance.

    3. The system should prevent employees from exceeding their allotted vacation hours.

    4. An admin view should be available where administrators can:

      • See the total allocated vacation hours

      • View used vacation hours

      • Clearly see the remaining vacation balance for each employee

    This functionality will help ensure accurate leave tracking, prevent overuse of vacation hours, and provide better visibility for administrators. This feature will be applicable for overtime also. Thanks for your support.
