Improve Reports UI (performance)

Normally, when generating reports with too many worklogs through Tempo reports UI, it takes 2 minutes or more to load, because it looks like that the design of the reports cannot handle this.

    When our Tempo privileged users run long duration reports, it brings down the entire Jira instance. Any solution that would handle this at the client side and avoid crashing Jira would be much appreciated.
