Make entry of time quicker by allowing to omit the : separator between hours and minutes

When logging work on an Issue, I cannot type "800" in the start filed (800 would be auto-formatted to 08:00 (AM) in many other time tracking tools.

Other examples:

1330->13:30 (24h format, equals 1:30 PM)

200->2:00 AM

It would save me quite some time when logging many entries
