Approving only hours that belong to a project that the approver is managing

When a resource works on projects A, B and C (e.g. for three different project managers), each of the managers should have the ability to approve only hours booked on their individual projects, so that the others can independently approve theirs.

    it's make sense for different project manager to approve the worklog. So this is very important.
