Add the ability to repeat the plan(Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly) within the Issue > Plan Time

When I try to plan someone from within the issue by using Plan Time as seen in Pic1, I don't see any repart feature.

I need to plan it there first, and then go to Team View timelines and perform the repeat.

Please consider adding monthly, quarterly and annual repeats

This would be very helpfull in the day to day Planning business to improve the accuracy (less effort to plan Bi-weekly, monthly)
