Prorate the required hours based on the Date Of Joining/Date Of Leaving Merged

When some one joins a team or leaves a team, we do update the Joining and Leaving date, however in the team report, the Required hours are not pro-rated and always show 8hrs calendar days for the time period selected

    Any update? This is really necessary for us because now data is incorrect when generating reports
