Give the option to provide a persistent label on users that can be used to identify different employment types (full-time/consultant/temporary assistant/intern). This coding could be used to track spending against annual resource type budgets.
For example, I would like to pull a report from Cost tracker with all active projects in Q1 to see whether I am spending more money on external consultants than I budgeted in Q1 for this year.
