Limiting of Assigned issue filter to only unresolved assigned issue

Logging work on already closed issues makes no sense and also there are normally to much closed and still assigned issues available in a many year old system. So a Assigned filter that only shows the Assigned and open issues would be more useful as an only Assigned issue filter.
