When we create an account, we have an account name, but we also need to be able to attach other unique account attributes like account number, external system reference numberm, etc.
We cannot use the Key field for this because Key is understandably not editable after the account is created - if we fail to set the right value in the Key, we have to delete the account. The custom attribute/external ID might change in time for the same Tempo account, but we do not want to close the account and create a new one, just because the external ID has been changed. So this attribute/property should be editable.
We do not want to use worklog attributes for this, as the people who are actually logging time should not have to know the value of this property%attribute.
It would be really helpful to be able to define custom Account attributes that can then be included with timesheet report exports

+ on this one. And make those attributes available in reports and in the easybi-sync. that would have been perfect!
