Idea is the following:

No mather on which view, but always display all worklog functions (Edit, Split, Move, Delete) when selecting "..." option on worklog, and display the function disabled if user has no permission to run, and display as active if user has permission to run. (Check user permission for displaying as enabled/disabled, and not first when action is committed (user unfriendly)

Detailed description:

User has no JIRA project permission to edit own worklog.

Worklog editing options are arranged differently in different views.
View1: My Work/Calendar view/Worklog entry card/...option. Only Move and Delete is displayed. Edit and Split functions are missing.
View2: My Work/Timesheet view/List view/group by worklog/worklog entry line ... option. Only Delete function is displayed. Edit, Split, Move functions are missing.
View3: JIRA ISSUE Tempo section, worklog entry line, ... option. All functions (Edit, Split, Move, Delete) are displayed. This is the best.

Display always every worklog functions when selecting the ... option, dispay the function inactive, if user has no permission, and display the function active only(!) if user has permission to commit that function.
