Calculate Billable % easier by setting an entire board as internal (or by using wildcards)

We have certain boards that are billable and certain that are not. I am currently able to use "Internal Issues" to a limited degree but there are many issues on the non-billable board. Is it possible to add an entire board as an "Internal Board" or be able to wildcard Internal Issues to cover everything?

If this was possible I could use Tempo Reports to accurately report all billable time per user without exporting to Excel, which would be huge.
