In JIRA permission scheme you can set up which project role, user group , etc. has permission to "edit own workog".

"Edit own worklog" means the following worklog functions: edit, move, split.

Split and move can result invalid worklogs, if Tempo account is managed on worklog level.

If the "Edit own worklog" permission manages all the three different worklog functions (edit, move, split), then you cannot restrict those functions separately.

Edit function is a must, but split, move could be hidden based on Tempo customer's decision. Pls, consider to create separate permission for split and separate permission for move.
