Have Tempo Team "Approvers" and "Team Managers" listed on the Teams List

For the benefit of users and to reduce tickets to our JSD, it would be beneficial to include the list of "Approvers" (Approve Timesheet permission) and "Team Managers" (Manage Team permission) listed on the Teams List (see attached image).


This would make users autonomous and would require less intervention for the Tempo Admins when problem arise.
