Backup & restore option

As a Jira admin, I want to be able to set an automatic backup option for all Tempo Timesheets, so that I can restore the data in case of an issue with the Jira instance.

    Atlassian says that the customer is responsible for backup of data.
    How could we achieve this when there is no functionality for it?
