When adding a user to a team automatically calculate availability based on if the user is part of other teams.

When adding a user, that is part of multiple teams, to a new team. We could automatically calculate the availability based on the percentage of the other teams.

 

John is part of team A at 40%, team B at 20%.

When adding John to team C, availability should be automatically set to 40% (editable).
