Public API for Cost Tracker

I'd like to be able to pull data out of the cost tracker reports through an API. This would benefit anyone who does more advanced reporting and data analysis through third party systems like PowerBi. I'd like to be able to pull the following data:

- Rates

- Budget

- Actual Costs

- Time Spent

    We would much prefer for the reporting tool to be enhanced to give access to Cost Data and/or more issue fields though having an API - which was ready-only would be fine - would help us access this data in the meantime.

    Adding to what Jesse has mentioned, I would also like to get the Public APIs for the TEAM permissions.
