Tempo Team Timesheet Gadget to show only hours related to the team

Tempo Team Timesheet Gadget shows all hours logged per team member although hours are unrelated to Team's project. The user would only like to see teams worklogs on project issues that are linked to the team.

direct URL to issue timetracking popup

It would be great to be able to have a URL that goes directly (or directly opens) the timetracker dialog for an issue, such as https://company.atlassian.net/browse/XX-01?displaytracker=true instead of having to click the log time button every time.

Option to change time format in excel / csv export to HH:MM instead of decimal

Tempo CSV and Excel export Hours format does not fit our needs. We need HH:MM, e.g. 01:30 but we get 1.5 and there is no easy way to convert this in the exported file.
