Being able to set a workload per 2 weeks

Track billable hours which have already been processed

It would be very helpful, if you can mark billable hours which have already been processed by the accounting software. I am struggling currently to get a good overview what hours need to be billed and which are already taken care of.

Show all team members in custom report even if they don't have a worklog

In the custom reports of one or multiple teams, if a team member doesn't have a worklog, the team member does not appear. This goes against a simple use case of team leads wanting to see the users that have not logged anything.
