Ability to produce reports respecting start date configured in Period Configuration

When producing a report or in Timesheet view, customers would like to be able to customize reports to respect the start date of the period configured within Period Configuration.

Be able to add properties to "Manage Staff"

The idea is to have more info on the worker in addition to the Location, work-load and holiday. We'd need a custom/dynamic field we can add as another property of a worker.

REST API - search all memberships for a specified user

Currently there is no API to search all memberships for a specified user. You have to look through every team if you want to get the teamleader or the team id of a user which could be simplified into one request.

Sort Actual Costs by Date in Actual Costs Tab

Currently the actual costs tab sorts expenses alphabetically. It would be better to have the lines sorted by date as this is typically how you would easily identify and reconcile costs.
