We have some 100-200 cost tracker projects with a lot of users assigned to specific roles for each. We use only the global definition of roles and cost rates.
We found, that when we change the cost rate for a role, the values in the projects does not update automatically. We have to manually select the role again (the same role as it is at the moment) to update the cost rate.
Could you please add an option, so the cost rate updates automatically as it is really a lot of work to go through 200 projects with more than 10 users.
