Apply Rate by Project, Person and Role

We're a long time Tempo user for time tracking. I was looking at Cost Tracker as a way to help simplify views into a project's status, so my feedback is based solely on viewing the available demos...

I manage projects where a single person may play multiple roles on a smaller team. It would be great to be able to assign the rate the the combination of Person and Role for a project and not just at the person level.
