Possibility to add a person to more than one role and reflect "Role-Attribute" in Time Tracking Dialog

There are several users, which should have more than one role.

Why is this required?

Example: External consultants sometimes work remote, sometimes on-site. When they work remotely, their hourly rate is smaller compared to working on-site.

The best imaginable solution for us would be to create a work-attribute they can select when they log their time. This attribute should show, in our example, „On-Site“ and „Remote“. When they select „On-Site“ they log their time as users in Role „XXX-On-Site“ and when they select „Remote“, they log their time as users in Role „XXX-Remote“ with another hourly rate. This should be reflected correctly in Tempo Budget as well.
