Hi,
it is very likely to havethe possibility to define different cost rates per user. In some projects a member can have several functions or todos which are calculated differently (e.g. an art director does some grafic todos as well but this is another cost rate). But it is the same Jira user doing it.

Currently I can only see the ability to set Cost Rates for an entire ROLE, but I have multiple resources within a specific role, and each resource has their own Rate. I need the ability to be able to add specific Cost & Billable rates PER resource/user, and for the reporting to identify the user and use their associated Cost/Billable rate when determing the profitability of the project.
I also need the ability to be able to setup multiple different currency COST RATE cards, just like you can do for Billing rate cards. See this screencast video, which shows how we setup rates in our software development agency.
Hello everyone, thanks for your votes and feedback so far. An update: early designs are ready for this feature on Cost Tracker and your feedback would be extremely valuable at this stage.

This is current Data Center functionality. With the push to the Cloud model, Tempo needs to prioritize this feature. The main reason to use a cost tracking plug with Jira is to be able to associate costs to users, role and named. Thanks in advance.
Do it please as soon as possible.
