We have multiple people with access to our Cost Tracker projects.
We sometimes find changes have been made to rates and don't know who did it or when.
It would be good to be able to track changes made to Rates for individuals in a project - who made the change and when.
If that's not possible, some sort of note facility so people could document that they have made changes would be good.
