Make "planned by" available via API

In the web interface there is the field "planned by" that holds the user that created the plan. It would be great to have this information returned in the API outputs.

Sum of story planned time(planned in minutes) in epics is wrong

Use the timesheet for other users

One can edit one's own timesheet (i.e. only the issues assigned to the logged in user). However as a tempo admin, I would like to be able to have the timesheet view of other users and be able to edit their timesheet in Tempo Timesheets directly.

Drag Issues from the side panel to plan time

It should be possible to drag issues in the calendar view from the side panel to a sepcific day to plan the issue. Currently this only works to log time. Pressing the CTRL button while dragging would be an interesting idea, for example.

Attributes Tab on Worklog (possibility to create tabs on worklog)

Sometimes you need to put additional attributes on the worklog as an option. With no tabs and with many attributes, the worklog window is 'long' and inconvenient. It's will be nice if I could put optional attributes on the second tab.
