Plan permissions per jira project

to avoid duplicate planning and planning on projects that they are not “part of”, add the possibility to configure project-based plan permissions.

Auto Start / Stop when in a JIRA Call

Have the option for a time tracker to automatically start when you access to JIRA Call, then automatically stop when you close it down. That would remove the need to have to manually add time or to have to open Tempo, then manually start a Tracker
