Manual input for numbers before Jira cloud migration

Our company just upgraded to Jira Cloud July 1st, 2023. Not all of our timesheet data came over during the migration. We are unable to use Cost Tracker for those projects that started prior to. If Cost Tracker had manual input options for a starting point for Cost and Hours AND THEN grab everything from Jira Cloud tempo at set date, that would allow us to use Cost Tracker from here on out. Thank you!
