Ability to change the insights on Folio Overview and Portfolio Overview screen

Specific need: we would like to display the projected remaining costs based on known costs as opposed to based on performance.

Only worklogs that are approved to be added to actuals in Tempo Budgets

Only approved worklogs (timesheets) to be calculated in the actual costs in Tempo Budgets.

Planned revenue off planned costs

When planning revenue from planned costs the defined price table is not being used. I end up having to add all the prices manually. There should be an option to either add markup (as it is now) or to use the price table.
