add Group by Team in the Tempo Worklog Distribution gadget

It would be really helpful to add Team to the Group by options in the Tempo Worklog Distribution gadget. It would solve a key gadget reporting need.

Being able to toggle unit of measure between hours and days

We often report the effort spend in days instead of hours. So this would be a nice addition in Cost Tracker to be able to toggle the view per project (same as currency for example) or globally.
