Reports - Filter by Fix Version

It would be jolly useful to be able to filter on a Fix Version in Tempo reports directly (i.e. without having to do it via a JQL filter)

Customize issue fields displayed in the issue picker

It would be nice to be able to change the info displayed in the issue picker when using Tempo planner. For example, the deadline date field would be a big plus when planning work.
