Limitation: If someone is committed to a team at 20%, that team has 8 of their 40 weekly hours—not all 40. Resource reports show their full availability. Request: account for team commitment in resource reports.

Show users with 0 hours logged

It would be useful to show users who logged 0 hours: in TEMPO dashboard gadget in data export from report. 0 hours is an important information and without it, the statistics may be skewed.

Multi-level approvals: Require more than one approver on a Timesheet

Administrator should be able to define how many approvers are needed in order to have a Timesheet/Account fully approved.
