Show users with 0 hours logged

It would be useful to show users who logged 0 hours:

  • in TEMPO dashboard gadget

  • in data export from report.

0 hours is an important information and without it, the statistics may be skewed.

Hi, We are making some changes to this idea as this was originally tagged with both Cloud and On Prem platforms. We generally separate the ideas for Cloud and Server/DC but in this case it was not done, so apologies for any confusion. We have recently released this feature to see users with 0 hrs logged on Cloud and that is covered in the idea https://ideas.tempo.io/ideas/T-I-424

For our Server/Data Center customers there's a workaround already available that is explained in our updated Knowledge base article here- https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/481689923/How+can+I+see+which+user+has+not+logged+any+hours+0h+within+a+selected+period

Since this workaround is available we won't be doing any further development on Server/Data Center for this request and closing this idea. Thank you.

Hello, what about the Server (alive for almost next 2 years) and DC? My idea originated in Server version...

Capitalizing our internal labor costs is important to our company. Currently, IT team members are expected to log time for their work week. Having a report that shows team members who have not logged any time would be quick, easy way to identify this state.

In a remote software environment, developers are expected to track hours against their Jira tickets for proper project status, LOE (Level of Efforts) and ETA.

New developers or developers not following procedures should listed on the report with zero hours.

Advise when this feature is available in Jira Tempo Cloud.

Yes please! I had to hack up a custom worklog report just to show the 0-hour workloggers.
